Large Bill buck are $10 bills that have a space for them to put what bills they would pay off with an additional $100 per weeks. Use it to recruit and motivate.
Great recruiting tool, or use them to "Boost" your team!
Use both the DREAM BUCKS (V6661) and the BILL BUCKS (V6660). They come with 50 8 1/2 " x 3 1/2" bills per pkg. They are prnted in GREEN ink on Green or White paper.
Dress them up with stickers in the upper left and bottom right corners if you want.
There is a place for guests or team to write "dreams" or bills they need to pay. Small square printable sticker will fit with your contact info. (See PSSS size under Printable Stickers)
Rhonda Townsend won "Recruiting Queen" with her company by using this technique.
She said: "l Ask for 2 volunteers. The first one give the option, "Would you like to do what I do or have a part time job at $10 per hour. (Most pick the part time job.) The 2nd one gets to do what I do.
Now "1st" went to work for 2 hours- give her $20.
"2nd" did what I did (a party) and in 2 hours made $100- give her the money.
Continue this procedure giving examples of 'missing child's game because had to work job verses flexibility of working parties around family's needs.' Continue to pay $10 for hourly and $100 for parties plus extra for commissions.
Count up the money at the end of the example. Ask the everyone at the party which job they'd prefer. Give small gift to volunteers. Offer to give more information when they check out. Point out that whether they just want to pay off bills or work toward making their dreams come true, that your opportunity is the answer.
Then offer to pass a bill to everyone, asking which buck they want (bill or dream.) Invite them to fill in the question of what they'd do with the extra $$$ and bring it to you when they check out for a gift. Let them take the bill home. (Be sure your info is on it. (This helps you understand what they're looking for. (Do this with your team too!))

I love the dream bucks! I use both the $100.00 & the $10.00's. I use them at my parties to show the guest the money. I put your stickers on them, and put them and put them in my company's recruiting literature to talk to prospects about the business. I love that I can write a note on the bucks to tell her why I think she would be good at what I do!
